Four People Killed in Bar Shooting in Orange County

At least four people were killed, including a gunman, and several others were wounded Wednesday night at what is being described as a biker bar in Orange County.

It happened around 7 p.m. at the Cook’s Corner bar in a remote area of Trabuco Canyon. NBC News reported that the gunman was a former law enforcement officer who targeted his wife. They did not immediately identify him or which agencies he previously worked for.

Six people were rushed to hospitals, five of whom were shot according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department. NBC Los Angeles reported that two of the victims taken there were in critical condition, while four were stable

The OC Sheriff's Department say deputies arrived at the scene two minutes after the gunfire was reported and confronted the shooter. NBC reported that the deputies shot and killed the gunman.
