Jeopardy's Alex Trebek choked up Monday when he was caught by surprise by a contestant's answer.
In the video below, watch as Dhruv Gaur answers the Final Jeopardy question with a personal message to the host who's been battling with pancreatic cancer.
The episode was taped in September when Trebek had announced he was going to require another round of treatment.
Gaur later explained he was happy that he was able to communicate what everyone on the set was thinking at the time.
