San Diego Police are looking for 88 year old E Fay Rippon, who could be in a 2003 gray Mini Cooper with a black roof, chrome rims and a handicapped placard in the window. License Plate CA 5CIP728.
He drove away from 8263 Camino Del Oro on Monday, 10/22/2018, at about 5 pm.
Rippon has no money, credit cards, or cell phones with him and he is medically restricted from driving.
He suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, Dementia, Type 2 diabetes and Hypertension.
He is dependent on medications which he does not currently have in his possession.
He speaks English.
Rippon’s family believes he may attempt to drive to Monrovia, CA where he used to have an office.
Rippon is described as an 88 year old, white male, grey/white hair, brown eyes, 6’1’’ tall, 180 lbs., wearing a black and white vertical striped button up shirt and light blue jeans.
