San Diego Police need help finding a man who wanted for a lewd and lascivious act with a nine year old girl inside a Ross store at the College Grove Mall last Saturday evening, December 16th.
Investisgators say the suspect is a white or light skinned Hispanic man in his 20's, with a normal build.
He is wanted for touching the girl on the bottom, while she was in the toy department with her three year old sister.
He was also in other stores at the College Grove Mall last Saturday between 6 and 6:45 pm.
He was wearing a dark long sleeved v-neck sweater or shirt, black shorts, white socks, and black and white tennis shoes with a white trim.
And he was in a dark sedan.
