This cell phone video was taken by a resident at the La Jolla Crossroads apartment complex. It shows the shootout between police officers and gunman Peter Selis, but also attempts to save the shooter's life. The video was taken by Limor Khorshidi and also shows officers doing what they can to provide medical aid for Selis following the shootout.
