The owner of a lost pug is desperate for tips after he says someone is holding the dog for ransom. Vance Willer says three of his dogs snuck out through his Chula Vista garage early Easter Sunday. Neighbors found two of them, but the third, a 3-year old pug named Teddy Bear was gone.
That is until they got a text saying Teddy Bear could come home...for a price. The person demanded $400, so Willer called the cops. He even hired a private investigator who traced the mystery caller's number to a disposable phone. Willer says he just wants his dog back, no questions asked. Anyone with information should call police.
